At Utsav Couture, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fabric and unstitched suit materials with secure packaging and reliable service. Please read our shipping, return, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Policy
• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1000.
• Orders below ₹1000 will be charged a flat shipping fee of ₹500.
• Order processing time is 1–2 business days.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the customer’s location and courier serviceability.
• We provide secure delivery across India through trusted courier partners.
• Every order is carefully packed to help preserve fabric quality, embroidery work, and product condition during transit.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen logistics issues.
• Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through the contact details provided at checkout.
• Customers must ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and order details are correct before placing the order.
Return & Replacement Policy
Returns, replacements, or refunds are applicable only if:
• The product received is damaged.
• The product received is incorrect or different from the item ordered.
• The product has a verified manufacturing or packaging error from our side.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, dislike of color, fabric feel, design selection, embroidery style, or incorrect product choice by the customer.
Return Eligibility Conditions
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unstained, unstitched, unaltered, and undamaged after delivery.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, invoice, and included items.
• Any dupatta, bottom fabric, accessories, or freebies received with the order must also be returned.
• Clear photos and an unboxing video may be required for verification.
• The product must not be cut, dyed, stitched, customized, altered, or used in any way.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
• Customer changed their mind after purchase.
• Customer selected the wrong product, color, quantity, or design.
• Slight color variation occurs due to photography, lighting, editing, screen brightness, or device display settings.
• Minor differences appear in fabric shade, texture, or embroidery due to production or lighting conditions.
• Product has been stitched, cut, dyed, washed, altered, used, or damaged by the customer.
• Product is returned without original packaging, invoice, tags, or included items.
• Sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional products are purchased, unless damaged or wrongly delivered.
• Free gifts, freebies, or complimentary items are included.
Damaged or Wrong Product Claim Process
If the customer receives a damaged or wrong product, they must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos of the outer and inner packaging
• Unboxing video, if available
• A brief explanation of the issue
After receiving the request, our team will review and verify the claim. Approval of return, replacement, or refund will be subject to inspection by Utsav Couture.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if the claim is approved and:
• The product received was damaged, and replacement is unavailable.
• The wrong product was delivered, and replacement is unavailable.
• The issue has been verified and approved by our team.
Our first resolution will be to offer a replacement wherever possible. Refunds will be processed only when replacement is not available or cannot be arranged.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway fees, gift wrapping charges, or additional service charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from our side.
Return Pickup & Reverse Shipping
For approved return requests, reverse pickup may be arranged where courier service is available. If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be required to ship the product back as instructed by our support team.
The product must be packed securely for return shipping. Utsav Couture will not be responsible for damage caused during return transit due to poor packaging.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation cannot be processed.
Customized, dyed, altered, or specially processed orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
Final Decision
All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Utsav Couture. The final decision will remain with Utsav Couture after reviewing the product condition, proof submitted, and policy eligibility.
