Shipping Policy

At Utsav Couture, we are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and in the best possible condition. We take special care in packing our fabrics, unstitched suit materials, embroidered dress materials, and ethnic wear products to help maintain their quality during transit.

Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Coverage

Utsav Couture currently provides shipping across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Shipping serviceability may vary depending on the customer’s location, pin code, courier availability, and logistics conditions. If a location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our support team may contact the customer for an alternate delivery option or order resolution.


2. Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1000.

For orders below the free shipping value, applicable shipping charges may be added at checkout. Shipping charges, if any, will be shown before the customer completes the order.

Utsav Couture reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw free shipping offers at any time without prior notice.


3. Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed successfully, we begin processing it as soon as possible.

• Standard order processing usually takes 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed during sales, festive periods, public holidays, or high-demand periods may take slightly longer to process.
• Customized, dyeable, specially packed, or made-on-request products may require additional processing time.
• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation, where applicable.

Business days do not include Sundays, public holidays, courier holidays, or unexpected operational closures.


4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

Estimated delivery timeline:

• Metro cities: 3–6 business days
• Non-metro cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote or less serviceable locations: 7–12 business days

These timelines are estimates only and may change due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Utsav Couture will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect customer details, natural events, transportation issues, or unavoidable circumstances.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through the contact details provided at checkout, such as email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

Customers can use the tracking link or tracking number to check the delivery status directly with the courier partner.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to reflect after the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.


6. Packaging & Product Care

All orders are carefully packed to help protect the fabric, embroidery, dupatta, bottom fabric, and included items during transit.

We take special care while packing:

• Unstitched suit materials
• Cotton dress materials
• Embroidered fabrics
• Dyeable fabrics
• Designer suit materials
• Dupatta and bottom fabric sets
• Free gifts or complimentary items, if included

Customers are requested to open the package carefully to avoid accidental cuts or damage to the fabric.


7. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.

This includes:

• Full name
• Complete shipping address
• Correct pin code
• Active phone number
• Email address
• Any required landmark or delivery instruction

Utsav Couture will not be responsible for failed delivery, delayed delivery, lost shipment, or return-to-origin caused by incorrect address, wrong phone number, incomplete details, unavailable recipient, or customer refusal to accept the order.

If an order is returned due to incorrect customer details or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make delivery attempts as per their standard process. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery, the shipment may be marked as failed and returned to us.

In such cases:

• Re-shipping charges may be applicable.
• Original shipping charges may not be refunded.
• COD charges, if applicable, may not be refunded.
• The order may be cancelled if delivery cannot be completed.

Customers are requested to remain available at the provided phone number once the order is out for delivery.


9. Delayed Delivery

While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Possible reasons for delay may include:

• Courier service delay
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Festive season rush
• Remote location serviceability
• Transportation issues
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailable during delivery attempt
• Operational or technical issues

In case of delay, customers may contact us at contact@utsavcouture.com with their order details, and our team will assist with the available tracking information.


10. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, opened, or heavily torn at the time of delivery, customers are advised not to accept the package and to inform us immediately.

If the package is accepted and the product inside is damaged, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the outer packaging
• Clear photos of the inner packaging
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Unboxing video, if available

All damage claims will be reviewed as per our Return & Refund Policy.


11. Wrong or Missing Product

If the customer receives the wrong product or any item is missing from the package, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The customer must email us at:

The email should include:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the received product
• Clear photos of the package
• Unboxing video, if available
• A short explanation of the issue

After verification, we will provide a suitable resolution as per our policy.


12. Return-to-Origin Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, or non-response from the customer, it will be treated as a return-to-origin shipment.

In such cases:

• Re-shipping charges may be applicable if the customer wants the order shipped again.
• Shipping charges may not be refunded.
• COD charges or payment handling charges, if any, may not be refunded.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after deducting shipping and handling charges.
• Utsav Couture reserves the right to cancel the order if delivery cannot be completed.


13. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on order value, delivery location, product weight, courier partner, and applicable offers.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is due to a verified error from Utsav Couture, such as wrong product dispatch or approved damaged product claim.


14. Cash on Delivery Orders

If Cash on Delivery is available, customers are requested to keep the correct amount ready at the time of delivery.

COD orders may be confirmed through phone, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch. Utsav Couture reserves the right to cancel COD orders if the customer is unreachable, details appear incorrect, or the order is suspected to be fraudulent.

COD charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.


15. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Customers may request cancellation only before the order is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Customized, dyed, altered, specially processed, or made-on-request orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

16. International Shipping

At present, Utsav Couture primarily ships within India. If international shipping becomes available in the future, additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and delivery timelines may apply.

Customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or international delivery charges, if applicable.
